Foundation Exercises

The foundation exercises class teaches the fundamentals of Chen Tai Chi, developing the basic skills needed to correctly perform the postures and movements of the style.

Each week we practice different elements of joint loosening, standing meditations, qi gong breathing, stepping, silk reeling and pushing hands.
